UK Shipping

Orders within the UK should be expected within 2-4 working days. Next Day orders should be expected the next working day and are fully tracked.

Orders with Next Day Delivery chosen must be placed before 2pm to ship the same day.

• Standard delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.50. Free over £50
• Next day delivery via DPD UK Express - £6.50. Free over £150

EU Shipping

Orders valued at below 150EUR, via our standard shipping method, will be delivered to your door with NO DUTIES OR TAXES.

DHL Express orders may incur duties/taxes.

Orders from European countries are sent via DHL Deutsche Post Tracked (Standard Delivery) or DHL Express.

• Standard Tracked Shipping (3-7 days) - £6.00 - £12.00. Free over 100 EUR
• DHL Express (1-2 days) - £15.00 - £25.00. Free over 200 EUR

USA & Canada Shipping

Orders to the US can be sent via DHL Deutsche Post Tracked (Standard Delivery) or DHL Express. Our Deutsche Post Tracked option is affordable and reliable, estimated delivery to your door within 5-10 working days. Note that all orders are subject to US & Canadian customs handling, so the advertised transit times are not guaranteed.

• Standard delivery (5-10 days) - £7.50 - £13.00. Free over 150 USD.
• Express delivery (1-3 days) - £16.00 - £24.00. Free over 200 USD.

Rest of the World

Standard Shipping (Tracked) - £10.00 - £18.00

DHL Express (1-3 days) - £15.00 - £30.00

For countries that only display DHL Express as a shipping service, this is due to it being faster and cheaper than our standard shipping service.

If you have provided an email and/or mobile number, then International Express shipping comes with DHL’s inflight delivery notifications – On Demand Delivery. The first notification will arrive on your tablet or smartphone within 1 hour of collection by DHL so you will know your order is on its way!

The message will advise the estimated delivery date plus 6 delivery options to ensure your order is delivered to you first time. You will receive further notifications during your order’s journey.
